The Site is operated by PUCK LLC (doing business as “PUCK Pouches”) ("PUCK," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 13) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by law, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
